Ministry of Health - Data Quality Audit Report 2014

This Data Quality Audit Report was derived from the findings of a country-wide data quality audit exercise conducted for the health sector in March 2014. The report and the audit were done with assistance from the AfyaInfo project. AfyaInfo is a technical assistance program to support the Government of Kenya to strengthen their health information systems. The Purpose was to provide baseline information on the quality of routine data on service utilization being captured in the current system. (Ministry of Health)
