In support of the devolution framework, In support of the devolution framework, the County Government of West Pokot is required to and has prepared this county intergrated development plan in accordance to the County Government Act 2012stipulating the need for all counties to prepare five-year County Integrated Development Plans (CIDPs) which replaces District Development Plans (DDPs) that used to guide development under former constitutional dispensation. These plans are expected to integrate county governments’ functions as specified in the Fourth Schedule of the Constitution and on relevant national policies.
