Service Delivery Indicator Survey

This is a health facility survey conducted in 6 states (Anambra, Bauchi, Cross-River, Ekiti, Kebbi and Niger States). It collected information on capacities of health facilities with an intention of providing an overall score for each facility. The values are either in proportion or in percentages and also include differences within certain groupings and their p values. Facilities are classified into 4 viz: Health Posts, Health Centers, Primary Health facilities and Secondary Health facilities.
